Cottonwood Valley
Description
The trails at Cottonwood Valley are located on the west end of town South of Red Rock Canyon. They are smoother and faster than most other trail in town and provide an incredible desert running atmosphere. With the back drop of the Red Rock sandstone escarpment and Mt. Potosi, Cottonwood also provides excellent views from almost everywhere on the trails.

Mt. Charleston Area
Description
Mt. Charleston is the tallest peak in the Spring Mountains just north of Las Vegas at 11,918'. The trails are steep and provide a nice mountain running atmosphere despite only being an hour from downtown Las Vegas. There are three routes to the peak, South Loop Trail, Trail Canyon, and the North Loop Trail. These can be done as an out and back or Loops. The area is a nice escape from the heat of Las Vegas in the summer and
